Our Commitment (AODA)

As a business providing goods and services in Ontario, we are committed to complying with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA for our website.

Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.0 AA requirements

In-Person Service Accessibility

When providing photo booth services at events, Captured Celebrations is committed to:

Ensuring our booths and equipment are positioned to be accessible to guests using mobility devices where venue layout permits
Providing assistance from our staffed attendant for guests who require support using the booth
Working with event venues to identify any accessibility requirements in advance
Welcoming service animals at all events we staff

Known Limitations

We are a small business and acknowledge that our website accessibility may not be perfect in all areas. We are actively working to improve. Known areas under review include:

Enhanced screen reader testing across all browsers
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance review (in progress)
